I was taking bids to have my roof replaced because it looked terrible. Logan & Tim knocked on my door. After a brief conversation concerning the condition of my roof, Logan texted me some links to research the soft washing industry on my own. My research validated what I had been told about low pressure roof cleaning. I had West Michigan Softwash do the work, they did a great job and I am glad I answered my door.
When we found out that our inspector Tim was the company owner, we were immediately more comfortable and decided to move forward. We are happy that we did, our house, deck, porch & driveway look like new again.
As a single homeowner, I am always skeptical of home service vendors. Both Tim & Logan took the time to explain the entire process until I was comfortable. I am very pleased with the results, both my roof & home look great. I will refer them to my neighbors.
Tim referred us to the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association website at www.asphaltroofing.org for more information. We now understand where the black streaks came from. We are very pleased they have been removed through the cleaning process.
Adding to the life span of our roof by having it cleaned without voiding the shingle warrantee is a big deal, job well done.
